E.K. WARREN
More commonly known as a Mark Twain we’ve renamed this classic after Renaissance Man E.K. Warrren; an inventor, conservationist, entrepreneur, financier, philanthropist, political influencer, spiritual and community leader and builder of the Featherbone Factory building where you sit today. E.K. didn’t drink and in fact was a staunch prohibitionist but we believe if he had we would surely enjoy this mix of our Ravenswood Rye with the simple ingredients of lemon, simple syrup, and bitters. WHISKEY SOUR
A classic cocktail popularized during the civil war period in the mid to late 1800’s. Whiskey Sour so named for the acidic touch given to the drink via the lemon. The oldest historical mention of a whiskey sour comes from a newspaper published in Wisconsin in 1870. We’ve added our own modern day twist with a hint of Vanilla and our Ravenswood Rye. Let this cocktail and our 1800’s Featherbone Factory building take you back to a time of buggy whips and corsets.

BEES KNEES
The Bees Knees was a popular saying during the 1920’s meaning the height of excellence. It’s a pre prohibition-era cocktail made with honey to help mask the smell of alcohol, which, during prohibition, was, er, prohibited. Our Bilberry Black Hearts gin adds a hint of juniper and Bilberry to accentuate the flavor of the honey.
1oz Bilberry Blackhearts Gin
1 spoonful of freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 spoonful of freshly squeezed OJ

PERFECT STORM
A very popular drink in Maritime countries like Bermuda, Britain, and Australia. The Dark and Stormy gained popularity on the East coast in Sailing communities having been brought home by various sailors who frequented Bermuda. Been on Lake Michigan during the day? GIN GIMLET
Named after a tool for drilling small holes into wood, the Gin Gimlet
was thought to have a “penetrating” effect on the drinker. Let the light and aromatic nature of our Billberry Blackhearts Gin turn the effects of this cocktail from penetrating to soothing.

Popular in the early 50’s among Los Angeles’ elite, this drink possess all the necessary qualities to become a classic. With it’s crisp yet sweet nature, the Moscow Mule is sure to please even the most selective of taste buds. Though named because vodka was primarily known to be a Russian spirit, we believe our vodka is proof that we can hold our own here in Michigan as well!

WHITE MANHATTAN
A Take on the traditional manhattan, our version uses our Journeyman white whiskey, which we believe lends a unique floral character to this timeless classic.

Stir in shaker and strain into a coupe for a neat pour or build in tumbler with ice for a rocks.

RUM COLLINS
Popular among tourists in Cuba, this refreshing cocktail is both effervescent and lively. With our Roads End Rum blending effortlessly with lime juice, simple syrup, and soda water, this is a perfect drink to enjoy while admiring our beautiful Michigan countryside.

MANHATTAN
Dating back to the 1860’s, the Manhattan has become one
of the world’s most popular cocktails. Though its origins
are fuzzy at best, we do know that the first literary
mention of the drink emerged, of course, from New York.
However this drink can be found elsewhere in the world such
as the remote German island of Fohr where it is a standard
drink served at almost every restaurant and café.
So whether you find yourself on a remote German island,
or In Three Oaks Michigan, enjoy a Manhattan and
see what the world is talking about!

SUNLIGHT’S MISTRESS
A take on the original greyhound, which is comprised of grapefruit juice and gin, our version uses our white whiskey, grapefruit, and simple syrup. This is done to enhance the botanical qualities of our white whiskey, while maintaining the light and refreshing aspect of the citrus. With a little more character than a greyhound, and certainly a bigger punch, this is a perfectly refreshing cocktail for all Journeymen.

OLD FASHIONED
This classic drink is rejuvenated with our Ravenswood Rye Whiskey.
1.5 oz Ravenswood Rye Whiskey
.5 oz simple syrup
luxardo cherry
dash angostura bitters
splash of club soda
Muddle cherry in a rocks glass and then add ice. Combine
Ravenswood Rye, simple syrup, and bitters in a mixing glass.
Stir for 30 seconds then strain into rocks glass. Top with a
splash of club soda. |

1 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
.5 oz orange simple syrup
Combine ingredients in shaker with ice. Shaken until shaker is almost too cold to touch. Strain into a salt rimmed coupe glass and garnish with a lime wheel. Enjoy! |

2 oz Buggy Whip Wheat
.5 oz rich demerara syrup
8-10 mint leaves
Muddle mint in a rocks glass and top with crushed ice. Combine Buggy Whip Wheat and syrup in a mixing glass. Stir until syrup is fully integrated. Strain into rocks glass and garnish with sprig of mint. |

1.5 oz W.R. White Whiskey
1 oz pineapple juice
.75 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
.75 oz simple syrup
1 inch slice of a seeded habenero pepper
Combine ingredients in shaker with ice. Shaking this coctail will enhance the drink with the spicy habenero. Strain into glass filled with ice. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and piece of remaining sliced habenero. |

2 oz Bilberry Blackhearts Gin
1.25 oz white cranberry juice
.75 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
Sliced Cucumber wheels
Fresh sprig of dill
Combine Bilberry Blackhearts Gin, white cranberry juice, lemon juice, and two cucumber wheels in a shaking glass filled with ice. Shake ingredients. Strain into an ice filled collins glass. Garnish with additional cucumber wheels and dill. |
